BEC appeals for donation to support the running projects

Appealing Letter

BEC, so far, has no any donor from any institutions to support our projects. Therefore, BEC would like to make an appeal to any generous people and donors to help us run the following projects that we are running:

1-Inmate and Youth Morality Education: Everyday Friday, BEC volunteer monks always come to teach inmate the Buddhist discipline at Battambang Prison with more than 2,000 prisoners participated. Moreover, BEC always reaches youth and students at school, university and community to teach them an education with Buddhist discipline to promote social value and code of conduct among them. Each month, this project is costs 200 USD.

2. The Resolution of Life Based on Buddhism: This is the program we are broadcasting everyday at 1 to 2 PM on Radio Battamang 98.25 MHz in order to promote social morality more effectively. This program is cost 150 USD for Radio fee and 50 USD for transportation.

3.Poor Children Hope: It is project setting up to teach more than 100 poor children the Buddha’s teaching and English every Saturday and Sunday at Wat Damnakchas, Krolagn District,Siem Reap Province. Noticeably, the number of students is increasing. Each month, this project costs 200 USD.

4. Notebook Printing Project: BEC is raising fund to print the notebook in which the basic of Buddha’s teaching is written down in that notebook so that poor children would be able to have notebook and learning Dhamma in the same time.BEC will print 5,000 books which cost 2,500 USD.

So in total for monthly expense of BEC except number 4, It is 600 USD.

Therefore, as mentioned above, BEC would like to make an appeal to any generous people and donors to join and help us for promoting and restoring the social value which is declining among Cambodian youth.

អង្គការពុទ្ធសាសនាដើម្បីការអប់រំនៃកម្ពុជា ដែលហៅជាអក្សរកាត់ថា ព.អ.ក ជាអង្គការមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់កម្រៃ បង្កើតឡើងដោយព្រះសង្ឃស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ២០០៦ និងបានទទួលស្គាល់ជាផ្លូវការពីក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃនៅថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែ កក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ មានទីតាំងនៅ វត្តកំផែង ខេត្ត បាត់ដំបង ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ។ អង្គការនេះ បង្កើតឡើងក្នុងវត្ថុបំណងដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំទាំងផែ្នកពុទ្ធចក្រ និងអាណាចក្រ ជាពិសេសដើម្បីអប់រំក្រមសីលធម៌ សុជីវធម៌ គុណធម៌ ដល់ កុមារ យុវជន សិស្សនិស្សិត និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទូទៅគ្រប់មជ្ឈដ្ឋាន។ រហូតមកពេលនេះ អង្គការបាននិងកំពុងបំពេញបេសកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនយ៉ាងសកម្ម និងមមាញឹកជាទីបំផុត ដោយបានចុះទៅតាមបណ្តាពុទ្ធិកសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ សាលារៀន ឃុំ ភូមិ ពន្ធនាគារ វត្តអារាមនានា ដើម្បីផ្តល់ជូននូវការអប់រំ តាមបែបព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា ការអប់រំតាមបែបសាកល ការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ បោះពុម្ភសៀវភៅអប់រំនានា ចុះចែកសៀវភៅអប់រំ សៀវភៅសរសេរ ប៊ិច និងសម្ភារៈសិក្សាមួយ ចំនួនដល់ ព្រះសង្ឃ លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ សិស្សនិស្សិត ដែលជួបនូវបញ្ហាខ្វះខាតនិងមានតម្រូវការជាចាំបាច់។ បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ថ្វីត្បិតតែ អង្គការព.អ.ក មិនទាន់បានទទួលជំនួយពីស្ថាប័ន ក្រុមហ៊ុន អង្គការ សមាគមក្នុងនិងក្រៅប្រទេសណាមួយក៏ដោយ ប៉ុន្តែដោយមានការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់អស់ពីកម្លាំងកាយចិត្តពីក្រុមការងារ ធ្វើឲ្យអង្គការនេះអាចដំណើរការ ទៅលើគម្រោងនានាជាបណ្តើរៗតាមលទ្ធភាពរបស់ខ្លួន ។ ហើយសព្វថ្ងៃនេះ យើងកំពុងតែធ្វើការងារ ទៅតាមផែនការណ៍និងគម្រោងជាក់លាក់គឺ គម្រោងអប់រំទណ្ឌិតគិតគូរយុវជន ធ្វើការជាមួយ បងប្អូនទណ្ឌិត និងយុវជននៅពន្ធនាគារខេត្តបាត់ដំបង និងតាមស្ថាប័ននានា និង គម្រោងក្តីសង្ឃឹម នៃកុមារក្រីក្រ ដោយបានបង្ហាត់ព្រះធម៌ និងភាសាអង់គ្លេសដល់កុមារក្រីក្រជាង១០០ នាក់ នៅវត្តដំណាក់ខ្ចាស់ ស្រុក ក្រឡាញ់ ខេត្តសៀមរាប ។ លើសពីនេះទៅទៀត យើងបានបើកកម្មវិធីផ្សព្វផ្សាយព្រះធម៌តាមវិទ្យុនៅខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ឈ្មោះថា កម្មវិធីដំណោះស្រាយជីវិតតាមបែបព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា ដើម្បីពង្រីកនូវវិសាលភាពនៃការអប់រំសីលធម៌ឲ្យបានកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពទេ្វឡើង។ សម្រាប់គំរោងផែនការណ៍អនាគត អង្គការមានគម្រោងជាច្រើនដើម្បីអនុវត្តន៍មានដូចជា គម្រោងពុទ្ធសាសនាថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ គម្រោងអភិរក្សពុទ្ធិកសិក្សា និងគម្រោងជួយចិញ្ចឹមក្មេងកំព្រាជាដើម ។

អង្គការព.អ.ក នឹងបេ្តជ្ញាពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព និងព្យាយាមអស់ពីកម្លាំងកាយចិត្ត ក្នុងការចូលរួមលើកស្ទួយសីលធម៌សង្គម ថែរក្សាទំនៀមទំលាប់ប្រពៃណី ជាតិ សាសនា ឲ្យបានរីកចម្រើន និងឋិតថេរជានិច្ចនិរន្តរ៍តរៀងទៅ។

Buddhism for education of Cambodia (BEC)

Buddhism for Education of Cambodia is non-profit organization founded by volunteer monks since 2006 and officially registered at Cambodian ministry of interior on 04 July 2012 in which the headquarter is situated in Wat Kampheng, Battambang province, Cambodia. BEC is founded in the purpose of promoting Buddhist and national education, especially for restoring and promoting social morality, code of conduct and virtue among Children, youth, students and people in general. So far, BEC has actively implemented the mission to achieve its vision by reaching youth and students at Buddhist university, private university, school, village, monastery, prison in order to provide proper and effective education with Buddhist discipline, universal education, presentation, printing Dhamma book, distributing Dhamma book, notebook, pen, and other study equipments to poor children, monks, students, and teachers as they are in need. Although BEC, so far, has no any donor from any institutions, BEC has been operating its own projects fruitfully participated by volunteer team on particular projects -- Inmate and Youth Morality Education (IYME) of which we work with Battambang prisoners and youth from various locations, and another one is Poor Children Hope (PCH) of which we teach more than 100 children the Buddha’s teaching and English at Wat Domnakchas,Krolagn District and Siem Reap province. Moreover, BEC is running a program on Radio broadcasting everyday titled “The Resolution of Life Based on Buddhism (RLBB)” in the purpose of promoting social value more effectively. For future’s plan, BEC will set up some more projects such as “Buddhist Sunday School (BSS)”, The Conservation of Monastic Education (CME) ” and “Raising the orphan (RO)” etc,.

BEC has commitment to strengthen its capacity and make the constant effort to participate in promoting and preserving social morality, culture, tradition and Buddhism more sustainably.

Public Lecture on Grateful Children at PUC-BB

Fund Raising for printing out the notebook for Cambodian Children

Buddhism for Education of Cambodian Organization (BEC) had printed out 4,500 notebooks for 1500 students at Kompongthom province,Cambodia.We are very thankful to those who have donated the cash to make it possible in the mid of year 2011.Notably, in notebook we have written the Buddha's teaching a few pages which is very basic teaching of the Buddha for all children.Now we are planing to print out the same number for students at remote areas at the end of year 2012.Therefore, we are looking for the generous people and Buddhists around the world to help our Cambodian children who are in need of knowledge in Buddha's teaching as well as for their study material. The requiring fund for 4,500 notebooks is 1,450 USD (last year price). Your generous donation will be very helpful for the children at remote areas for their academic year 2012-2013.
